Hot Water/ Burn Baby

Hot Water Burn Baby by Roshanne Etezady is a duet for 5 octave marimba and flute. Etezady wrote this piece for Nathan Davis and Valerie Chermiset in 1997. This duet challenges both players by testing their abilities to communicate through mixed meters and rhythmic diversity. This piece would be an excellent recital piece for the intermediate-advanced player.
